Jacquelyn Berrill

American author of children's books. Most of her books are factual books for children, especially books about animals. Her one pony story features not only a horse but eighteen cats and is apparently based upon the author's own animal and nature loving childhood spent by a river.

Fairly easy to find in the USA, although prices seem to vary a lot. Can be much harder to get hold of elsewhere.
